Trust Yourself

Trust yourself. Our inner knowing reveals itself in feelings of ease or unease in the body and opening or closing of the heart. When we’re sure of something, if we listen inside, we can detect a quiet whisper of, “yes.” And when we begin to feel doubt, our minds engage in the chatter of uncertainty.

Through mindfulness meditation practice, we become intimately familiar with sensations, feelings, and thoughts that come and go, and we learn how our own unique inner knowing expresses itself in our being. The more we practice, the more we grow to trust ourselves.

When we trust ourselves, we move through life with a greater sense of peace and ease. We tend to enjoy a greater sense of happiness and wellbeing.
